Attendee Registration

• By Aug 30th, 2013 - $495
• After Aug 30th, 2013 - $695

(Until 8/30/13, full refunds for cancellations will be issued minus a $75 processing fee.  After 8/30/13 no refunds will be issued.  However, you may transfer your registration to a new attendee with no penalty.)

 

• Speaker Registration (Oral Presenters Only)

• By Aug 30th, 2013 - $395
• After Aug 30th, 2013 - $595

• Student Registration (Full Time Students Only)

• By Aug 30th, 2013 - $295

(Until 8/30/13, full refunds for cancellations will be issued minus a $75 processing fee.  After 8/30/13 no refunds will be issued.  However, you may transfer your registration to a new attendee with no penalty. You must be an active full time student at time of conference.  You will be required to show proof of this at check-in.)

 

Exhibit Booth Fees

• By Aug 30th, 2013 - $995
• After Aug 30th, 2013 - $1,195

(Each 10x10 booth comes with one free registration. No refunds will be issued for booth cancellations.)

Other Fees

• On-site Badge Fee - $20
• NT4D Proceedings DVD - $50
• NT4D Embroidered Shirts (Men’s & Women’s Sizes) - $25

Please Note: Shirts ordered after 10 Oct 2013 will be mailed to you after the conference.

• Last Territory BBQ (Guests Welcome) - $40 per person
